Tekad Systems
Tekad Systems was established in Cyberjaya, Selangor — Malaysia's designated technology corridor — with a particular focus on helping organisations bridge the gap between AI's potential and its practical application within real business environments.
The company emerged from a recognition that many organisations in Malaysia were curious about AI but uncertain where to begin, or had begun poorly — spending significantly on tools and platforms without the organisational readiness to use them well. We set out to address that gap with a more grounded, people-centred approach.
Our work spans research institutions, corporate groups, and growth-stage businesses. What these clients share is a desire to understand AI more deeply before committing to it — and we think that instinct is entirely sound.
We operate under MSC Malaysia status and maintain active relationships with research institutions across the Klang Valley, enabling us to draw on current academic thinking alongside practical implementation experience.

Fifteen years across enterprise technology and management consulting, with a focus on large-scale organisational transformation in the Malaysian market.
Lim Jia Wei
Chief Technology Officer
PhD in machine learning from Universiti Malaya. Leads all technical engagements and ensures delivery quality across data integration and model development projects.
Nithiya Sundaram
Head of AI Strategy
Specialises in AI readiness frameworks and governance design. Works directly with leadership teams to translate technical findings into practical advancement plans.
